I wake up every morning and tell myself “I can do this. At a certain point, it’s all in your mind”. I try to keep my mind calm and at peace in the morning as I start my day, and that way I can focus on the tasks at hand and not get distracted.
There will come times where you will just want to stop and give up. You just have to be strong enough to overcome that and remind yourself about how far you have come. Just have faith in yourself and go forward with your day.
I set myself daily tasks and try to complete them every day. This way, I wake up with purpose and establish a routine. People often get lazy over time but the key is to keep going, always be on the move, and keep your energy level up. This is why I walk everywhere, if I can. At the end of the day, it’s all in your head. Train your mind to see the best in every situation, set goals, and smash them.
