MY JOURNEY, SAJINPROGRESS, THIS IS MY STORY

ALWAYS TRY

20130112_135941

If there is one thing I can recommend to anyone on the road to recovery, it is this: don’t be afraid to try. It is better to try and fail than to fail to try. Always be willing to explore your options and leave no stone unturned.

The concept of no risk, no reward is instilled in my mind. I never start anything thinking I won’t be able to do it. I just try and figure it out as I go; that’s adapting at its best.  Just remember that if you don’t try, you will never know. Ask yourself if you are willing to live with uncertainty..

In the end all that matters is that you tried, it’s all perspective. You never lose, you either win or you learn.  Everything is trial and error.  You are going to make mistakes, just make sure you learn from them. If I didn’t try to take that first step in 2013 when I was learning to walk again, I wouldn’t be where I am right now. All I can say is I tried and I am still trying until I get to where I want to be.
