People often forget to embrace the moment and live in it. It’s unfortunate to miss the beauty of a single moment as you may not get it back.
When having physical deficits, it is very liberating to make impulse decisions and act upon them. I try not to make plans, but rather take things as they come and live in the moment. I ask myself one question every time, “will it make me happy?” If the answer is yes, then it is a no-brainer.
They say life is short and that you hold the key to your happiness. If you aren’t happy on your own, it will be difficult to be happy with others. Remember only you can make yourself happy, no one else can. Sometimes, you just have to go for it without thinking too deeply about everything. Sometimes you just have to live in the moment.
