MY JOURNEY, SAJINPROGRESS, THIS IS MY STORY

YOU KNOW WHAT IS BEST FOR YOURSELF

Recovery requires a lot of patience, even if the people around you are impatient. At the end of the day you know what is best for you regardless of anyone’s opinion.

People are always going to give you their two cents and recommendations; their intentions may be good but they have no clue of what you are going through and how much effort you put in to keep everything together. It is up to you to take in what you hear and filter it as you see fit.

You know what you are capable of, so adapt and make things happen at your own pace because remember, this is not a race. I always put my comfort first and make sure I have covered my bases before approaching a task. No matter what anyone tells you, you know your abilities and what is best for you. Never feel pressured to do something you are not comfortable doing.
