It’s been awhile since my last post. Recovery is still going slowly, some days feel like no progress is happening and other times I feel like I’m making great progress.
Well this my struggle when I make some progress. I feel great, then when I can’t replicate that same progress I get into a bad mindset.
But I have learned to focus on the positive. I guess my point is don’t focus on the negative and stay positive. It’s important for recovery to have a positive mind set.
